Not if you tension it first. Pull all four corner straps until the panel is flat against the headliner, then load it, spreading the weight across the panel instead of dropping it in the middle.

A net hung loose and filled afterwards will sag in anybody's car, ours included. Retension every few weeks, webbing relaxes.

Look up. If there is a grab handle above each of the four doors, it fits. Four handles, four straps.

Many minivans and sedans have only two or three. If yours does, this is not the product for your ceiling, though it still works stretched across the boot.
